911 Torque is sold as a one-time purchase, not a subscription — a single payment unlocks unrestricted access to all content currently in the app, tied to a license key, with no recurring charges. Purchases are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record; refunds are handled according to Lemon Squeezy's own policies, not a separate policy of ours.
Access is granted for as long as 911 Torque remains available. While we have no plans to discontinue it, we may modify, suspend, or discontinue the app at any time, for any reason (including legal, technical, or business reasons). If that happens, access may end without any obligation to refund unused access — your purchase pays for access to the app while it exists, not a guarantee that it will always exist.
